Consulting You, LLC. -Solutions for Nonprofit & Small Business Initiatives is a Limited Liability, Not-For-Profit Organization for Advancing Education. We take a personalized approach to training and mentoring. We provide virtual, online meetings so that people from anywhere can participate, network, and gain knowledge from any location.
Our meetings are held in real-time, with a live Host. We offer training courses and professional support services, at convenient timeframes that meet the needs of the working and in-school populations.
We administer an intake process with each registered attendee to customize meetings that attempts to answer and resolve current issues each participant may be experiencing. We work closely with each client to understand their unique challenges and goals, and we develop customized solutions that meet their specific needs.
We make sure all of our material and literature is up-to-date and current so that you are receiving the best resources available. Periodically, our modules are modified to include new meeting platforms and subtopic additions and changes.

By participating in sessions (meeting/call), all parties agree to the following:
♦ Consulting You, LLC., is using remote learning opportunities through the use of video and audio communication. It is a "private" platform, paid exclusively by Consulting You, LLC.
♦ It is important that we continue to respect the privacy and intellectual property rights of Consulting You, LLC. -our hosts, affiliates, and participants.
♦ By registering in remote learning, the attendee is agreeing that he/she "will not" and understands that he/she "is not allowed" to electronically save, record, print/screenshot, share, photo take, audiotape, or post any materials or documents from or during a session (meeting/call) or any photos from or during a session (meeting/call) by a computer, phone, or other electronic device without prior written permission from the Founder/CEO of Consulting You, LLC.
♦ Staff members and affiliates also agree that he/she will not electronically save, record, share, print/screenshot, photo take, audiotape, or post any materials or documents from or during a session (meeting/call) by a computer, phone or other electronic device without prior written permission from the Founder/CEO of Consulting You, LLC.
♦ Everyone must treat each other with respect during his/her time together and must obey rules set forth by Consulting You, LLC.
♦ If anyone do not agree to this policy, we encourage him/her "not" to register or attend session (meeting/call).
♦ At this current time, we do not offer any alternative learning packages.
♦ Any violation to this policy will result in immediate disconnect from the session (meeting/call) and immediate ban from further interaction.

All communication and information sharing are confidential and private, exclusive to Consulting You, LLC and its registered attendees, and/or invited guest.
We, at Consulting You, LLC., "DO NOT" and "will not" allow participants (registered or invited) to electronically record, print screen, photo take, audiotape, save, share, or post of any data, images, information, or materials belonging to the company, within or during video conferencing session (meeting/call) by computer, phone, or other electronic devices, of any like or similar kind ... by which "no" permission (written/verbal) will be issued or given to anyone by Consulting You, LLC., its staff, management, or affiliation.
Handwritten or typed notes are allowed.
Any violation to this rule will result in immediate session (meeting/call) disconnection, including an immediate ban from further interaction.
For Program, there should be no attendee or guest asked to share his/her screen.
For Services, there may be rare occasions in which attendees or guests may be asked to share his/her screen.
RECORDING NOTICE:
♦ Consulting You, LLC.'s remote private virtual meeting platform enables attendees to participate through the use of his/her personal computer, phone, or other electronic device's microphone and/or camera.
♦ The attendee may elect "not" to participate through the use of a microphone and/or camera. By not doing so, the participant will not have the capability or ability to be heard or seen during the session (meeting/call) ... by which, Consulting You, LLC. "will not" offer any other alternative to participant's interaction outside/inside the remote private platform.
♦ The election of an attendee to use his/her microphone and/or camera constitutes a release and waiver of rights in the capture of the attendee's image, likeness, and/or voice for the exclusive use by Consulting You, LLC.
♦ Consulting You, LLC. is accountable for all fairness and consistency in every area of this organization.
♦ We request that "NO" individual, company, or representative contact us for an adjustment, bribe, or favor on behalf of our programs, program participation, registrations, payments for service, or any other business-related matter. Our rates are affordable and are priced conveniently, lower than market value, for everyone, who will and desire to purchase.
♦ We "will not" jeopardize or violate our negotiated agreements, finances, brand, company name, affiliates, vendors, volunteers, partnerships, sponsorships, employees, contractors, future business ventures, or opportunities.
♦ We would like for everyone to be in full support of our company and cause, but if that is not possible, we sincerely understand and wish you the very best in your future endeavors.
♦ Our virtual classes are administered online, in real-time with a live expert Host.
♦ Each program is conducted in a Series format, on a rotating schedule.
♦ Participants can attend from any location, anywhere within the United States.
♦ Participate will attend meetings using a computer or smartphone device.
♦ The device must have an installed mic and speakerphone, camera (optional)
♦ Devices without a speakerphone and mic will not allow sound to be heard.
♦ Each meeting is conducted in small groups, using English fluency only.
♦ Our meetings are held (CST), in sequence order, on Evenings and Weekends.
♦ Each session is "private" and unable to enter without authorized approval.
♦ Access link will be sent to email on or before (1) day, prior to the start date.
♦ Participants may enter the access portal (15) minutes prior to the start time.
♦ Only (1) approved entry inside private space, using the email and name on file.
♦ An automatic reminder will be sent to email (1) day prior to the scheduled meeting.

♦ The Program has an extensive learning structure, segmented in a Series format.
♦ Each Program includes (6) or more individual specialized meetings, per each series.
♦ Each meeting is allocated for (2) days, limited up to (2) hrs, (30) mins of virtual class time.
♦ Each meeting has many comprehensive sub-topics that will be thoroughly discussed.
♦ Each sub-topic breaks down subject matter for an extensive learning experience.
♦ Participants will be invited to attend (1) free optional VIP Focus Session.

The VIP Focus Session is an online, virtual meeting held once per month. This meeting is absolutely free, hosted for up to (1) hour, (30) minutes, depending on the interaction. Participants may attend only (1) VIP Focus Session per each paid registration. Attendees of the VIP Focus Session will be a collaboration of all participants from the prior month, per each meeting held, of the same kind.
The VIP Focus Session allows participants to ask questions, network, share ideas, gain additional insight, and receive clarity on topics, in relationship, to the meeting he/she previously attended.
A registration link will automatically be sent to all participants who are eligible to attend, at least (2) or more weeks prior to the scheduled VIP Focus Session dates. *** Rescheduling "is not" allowed for VIP Focus Session meetings. If the registration deadline is missed or failed to register, the participant will void his/her opportunity to attend.
Yes. Consulting You, LLC. offer Professional Support Services. Due to damands and limited time constraints, some of our support services are offered only to participants and former participants of our programs.
Attendance Policy:
♦ Consulting You, LLC. has the right to refuse/decline rendering service, at any time.
♦ Are policies for all programs and services, including Youth Career Programs.
♦ Only (1) entry access per paid registration.
♦ Paid registration is for (1) participant only, if more than (1) attendee is present:
♦ Participants may log in to the virtual portal (10-15) minutes prior to start time.
♦ Early login will place you in holding status, inside our virtual lobby -- awaiting entry.
♦ Participants who are waiting in the lobby will be let in (5-10) min. prior to start time.
♦ Absolutely "no" entry into private meeting space after (20) minutes of the start time.
♦ Entry access to the online, virtual portal will close at the 21st minute of start time.
♦ In the event, the participant "no show" or "do not inform" of his/her nonattendance:
Reschedule Request and Rescheduling Fee Policies:
♦ Participants who arrive late (21) minutes or more from the scheduled start time:
♦ A recap of any missed discussion will "not" be offered to anyone who is late for a meeting.

♦ An approval or a disapproval response will be sent to requestor from email listed above.
♦ Participant must request reschedule within (2) days from the scheduled meeting date.
♦ Lack/Refusal to request within (2) days from date will result in forfeited registration.

♦ Refusal to pay a Rescheduling Fee will result in forfeited registration.

♦ A 3rd notification to reschedule will result in his/her registration considered forfeited.

♦ Total payments of $200 or more will receive a Tax Deduction Receipt at year-end.
♦ Payments are prepaid, nonrefundable, nontransferable, noncredited, and nonshared.

Donations are requested on behalf of our Youth Career Program. Any and all monies given to this cause allow individuals, ages 16-19, to participate at a reduced rate. All donations are 100% income tax deductible.

Yes. We have a Community Grant Program named "We Give Grants" that offers grant opportunities to new (startup) and existing 501c3 nonprofit organizations that demonstrate great efforts toward communal or social change. Our grant opportunities are issued during random times throughout each year. Our Community Grant opportunities maximum is limited up to $5,000.00. We do not accept any phone calls or emails concerning this opportunity.
